Gum diseases are primarily brought on by yellow deposits on teeth called calculus, which cannot be eliminated by routine tooth brushing. We use specialised tools called ultrasonic scalers during the teeth cleaning operation to remove these deposits and any other brownish/yellowish teeth stains that may have amassed on the teeth.
We stress the importance of preventative dental health services including regular dental check ups, dental x-rays and teeth cleanings at least every six months.
